{"id":90,"date":"2010-12-14T11:55:25","date_gmt":"2010-12-14T17:55:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.scottsontherocks.com\/recipes\/uncategorized\/stir-fry-wok-lasagna\/"},"modified":"2013-10-02T22:22:25","modified_gmt":"2013-10-03T04:22:25","slug":"stir-fry-wok-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blog.scottsontherocks.com\/recipes\/meat\/beef\/stir-fry-wok-lasagna\/","title":{"rendered":"Stir-Fry (Wok) Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wok Lasagna (from Stir Fry Cookbook)<br \/>\n(serves 4)<\/p>\n<p>[NOTE:  I have been making the double batch with one package of spiral noodles or penne pasta and freezing the extras; add a touch of water and it reheats fabulously]<\/p>\n<p>(single batch)\t\t\t\t(double batch)<br \/>\n6 lasagna noodles\t\t\t12 lasagna noodles<br \/>\n1 cup cottage cheese\t\t\t2 cups cottage cheese<br \/>\n4 oz cream cheese\t\t\t8 oz cream cheese<br \/>\n1 cup mozzarella (save 1\/2 cup)\t\t2 cup mozzarella (save 1 cup)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup parmesan (save 2 TBLS)\t1 cup parmasan (save 4 TBLS)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp italian seasoning\t\t1 tsp italian seasoning<br \/>\n3\/4 lb ground beef\t\t\t1.5 lb ground beef<br \/>\n1 clove garlic\t\t\t\t2 clove garlic<br \/>\n1 jar spaghetti sauce\t\t\t2 jar spaghetti sauce<\/p>\n<p>Cook &#038; drain noodles, set aside.  Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese,  mozzarella, paresan and italian seasoning.  set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat wok\/pan over high heat.  Brown meat and garlic until meat is brown.  Spoon off fat.  Stir in spaghetti sauce and noodles.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon cottage cheese mixture over meat and noodle mixture.  Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
