The Color of Heather

Yay I decorated my room! Now it glows in the dark and has dolphins! What you dont see is on the wall to the left, there nine more dolphin calendar posters and a blink-182 poster. Over winter break I’m getting more calendars.

I also have this thingy. It spins, it’s rainbow and i have absolutely no idea where I got it.

Ah a break. Finally.

I went home for thanksgiving. It was a 5 hour drive there in a little car with Christoph and Jenni. I wish I had done a little bit more studying over the break than I did. I had to cram yesterday morning for a test today that I ended up being cancelled =/ Karma.

Tuesday.

I had gotten to the house around three. Mom was picking up kids from school, dad was in the office and I was outside trying to remember the combo to the door. I’ve had so many pins (bank pins, phone pins X how ever many times I changed it, door pins, game pins, class ID pins etc.) that I ended up giving up and going through the garage. I attempted to surprise William, but I failed cause I can’t easily fit in the back seat of a PT cruiser and still be hidden 100% from the outside.

Wednesday.

Oh how I miss being able to take baths. We watched Psych (an amazing show) and I hung out with William most of the day, after my shower and before my bath.

Thursday.

We cooked. Cleaned. Ate. Like every thanksgiving. Except this year, my best friend Monina and her family came over and we ate with them. And yet, for the Second time in a row I have had two thanksgiving’s with rice. Saturday was her birthday so I gave her a little ceramic dragon (she likes dragons) and we had a mexican cake. I didn’t like it, too sweet. Neither did Monina XD

Friday.

More sleep! I was so tired and wiped out that I ended up sleeping most of the day away.

Saturday.

I slept. William woke me up… seven or eight times before I got up and ate breakfast at 10. We went shopping… I got something for my secret santa person 😉

Sunday.

We set up the tree and some decorations and I left for grand junction at 2. We arrived at about 7pm and I crashed. I really really do NOT like cars, car rides or driving in any form.

Monday.

Had to wake up at 730 to take a shower and go to class. Ended up learning about how mixed up and corrupt the papacy was before 1563 CE. Did you know the church sold indulgences (get out of purgatory free cards) before Martin Luther rebelled? I’m starting to like Martin Luther more and more. He was a german monk that got sick of corruption and the lying. I may have never liked how some branched of Christianity worked but the history is actually pretty interesting. Which is saying something since I despise that class. And did you know that albinoism is actually an incomplete dominate trait? Meaning you can be part albino or full albino? How cool! OH, and if you’re albino you probably have 20/70 vision or worse.

So I had a fascinating fall yesterday. Bryan was laying in my bed doing something on his laptop (more than likely on Facebook) when I attempted to stand up, step over him to get to the balcony where my neighbor and best friend, Ashley was waiting. However, the thing about Morgan beds, is that the mattress moves fairly easy and if it’s not completely on the bed frame, it’s off. I stepped on the ‘off’ part, not knowing it was off the bed frame, and there for actually had nothing holding me up. I had a glorious wipe out as I landed on TOP of Bryan before proceeding to collide with the floor. The was before I basically did the same thing is Ashley’s room but that time my head almost went through a refrigerator. I now have a lump on my head and a rug burn on my elbow. I feel so brilliant TT__TT

Sadly, I’ve been a little to busy studying for History (a class I really don’t like) and biology (a class of which I love), so I haven’t had much time to myself. This week, since I finished all the homework due next week as well, I’m going to take this time to due several things. One, Eat my little heart out! It’s thanksgiving! YUM! But two, three, and four have recently been neglected beyond belief. Two, I need to do something active. So tomorrow I’m dragging either Bry, or Julian to the gym to play racquetball. Three, I haven’t watch any of my animes or dramas, or read any of my mangas recently. So I’m gonna watch Ouran High School Host Club Live Action Drama today. But since there’s only a few episodes out, it’s only going to be about three hours worth of show. So only two movie lengths. TT__TT Fourth, I haven’t drawn anything recently (sadface) and I have like, six commissions to do that I haven’t done… I feel so neglecting. Sorry guys TT__TT I’ll find time later.

Julian: It’s like it’s raining, but instead of water the sky is throwing tiny, fluffy bits of ice at me. What is this sorcery?!

If you can wake up 10 minutes before class starts, head to class, go back home and change out of your pajamas, and still make it to class before it starts, then you might be a college student.

Alisha: We have some spray glitter. You can be Edward Cullen!

Julian: We used that last year. I inhaled so much I think my lungs still sparkle from that ****.

Alisha: So you’re a vampire on the inside!

The Rest of Us: Vampires don’t sparkle!

Christy: Not even on the inside!
