Overheard

Jody and Sheri had a fish fry Friday night and the food was excellent. As Sheri was preparing everything to go with the fish that Jody was frying, I went into the kitchen to offer assistance “Sheri, is there anything I can do to help?” Without skipping a beat, she said “Yes, I know you… get out of my kitchen.” Everyone else in the immediate area was stunned that she would be so blunt but Heather and I burst out laughing 😉 Heather mentioned to someone “I’m afraid to go off to college… I know they’ll all starve when I’m gone!”
