Well, we had this salmon we were gonna grill (and by we… I mean not me)… and Jeff happened to mention that to, none other than, the guy who gave him the salt block. Now we have “salt block recipes” [ Zucchini courtesy of Velma’s & David’s garden and the empañadas are from our local farmer’s market ]
I cut up the zucchini AND the cantaloupe. 😉
