[pics incl] Remember when we were little and “Aunt Val” used to have us sit at a counter and roll up these “things” that I’m not even going to pretend to pronounce, much less spell! Basically, they are kolaches with meat/cheese inside. So I have told the kids about this several times and after their visit here in June, the kids wanted to try it… let the experiment begin. LOOK, I actually made something good 😉 does that count as “another thing?”

[NOTE: Val & Paul Morrison are not technically “related” to us but when I was about 6 we met them both and they had red hair like much of my family. “Aunt Val” & “Uncle Paul” we’re quickly adopted!]
