Ah, remember the laser pointer? William was playing with the cats and pointed it near his leg where one of the cats pounced his ankle. Since it drew blood, I told him to go sit on the edge of the tub and use the antiseptic wash in the blue bottle. In my mind I had pictured the “Band-Aid” brand bottle (blue bottle, clear liquid). A few minutes later, he came downstairs… all better. When I went up to my bathroom later, I noticed it had a very strong minty fresh smell…. And my tub is splattered with blue Listerine (clear bottle, blue liquid). “But mom, it says ANTISEPTIC right here!”
It could’ve been worse 😉
