[pics incl] If you live near us, then you too, are probably sick of the hail every day for the past two weeks! We are tired of bringing our plants indoor/outdoor, every morning/evening. AND, we often are NOT here when it hails for five minutes and the sun comes back out!
We spent some time, at several stores, contemplating this problem. We came up with this adjustable shelf system and plastic bird netting (folded over several times). It’s hard to see in the photos, but we only have it over the top (folded over even more), and about 2/3 down the three sides, away from the house.
The shelf system is reusable and the bird netting was cheap; wish us luck, storm is nearby now (already raining), so we are testing our theories.
