Construction thoughts

Today I realized that I have a few datapoints that I need to remember when remodeling the house:

  1. Know where your neighbors are and what they are wearing before you climb a ladder.
  2. Waterproof caulk works on human skin, permanently.  Since I now know this to be a fact, I am deliberating possible applications… human applications. ;-P
  3. When prepping to refinish cabinets, make sure that birds cannot chase cats through your work area.  I’m pretty sure the bird started it but the cat was smart enough to make sure his escape route [inside garage door] was left open while he commenced harassment (the cat threw a huge fit until Jeff came back and re-opened the door he had closed).

I’m sure I will have more before I am finished, and now I have a place to “collect” them all 😉
