Eau du Onion

This one is new for us… before 7:00am, the house was filled with the smell of onions. I don’t mean a slight “oh what’s that smell?” I mean, “OH MY GOSH MY EYES STING!” from different floors of the house!!! Courtney… it was Courtney. She was chopping green onions in the food processor at 7:00am. The girls’ Chinese classes are celebrating the Chinese New Year in class today and she signed up to bring chopped green onions. Fresh, chopped green onions. LOTS of fresh, chopped green onions.
