Tasting brisket

Ok, eating brisket at 1:00am may not have been the best idea but I assure you… if YOU had smelled brisket in the smoker ALL DAY… AND… if the brisket happened to be finished at 1:00am AND… if you just happened to be awake at 1:00am… you would be sitting right here next to me eating this brisket!
