Troubleshooting 101

This is a common statement in our house.  Basically, it means, if something isn’t working the first thing you should do, is to make sure it is plugged in. 🙂  Our kids learned this lesson as toddlers and have utilized it many times.

Today, “we” had a “troubleshooting 101” problem and it “almost” slipped by us.  Let’s just say, we had out the tools and flipped over the device looking for screw holes or something similar… when I realized “what’s this… OH… the panel that opens the door to the jammed paper!”

DUH!
