Duvet is one of those words… you know what it is, but you cannot remember what it is called ;-). Several months ago, a friend was having a “duvet conversation” on FB and both Courtney & I made her explain what the heck she was talking about! As we were walking through a store tonight, we passed through the linen section that had down blankets and we were both so excited that we could use DUVET properly in a conversation… it made us laugh and then of course we had to let our friend know that she had indeed taught us proper duvet etiquette!
FYI, it’s those cover things like giant pillow cases that slide over down blankets so that you don’t have to wash the down, you can just wash the duvet.
