It was REALLY busy today, with a really long line, and I had a guy standing off to the side of the line “kinda pretending to shop” AND heckling me while I was telling someone about our discounts. I had been bantering back/forth with him but I do not remember exactly what he said when he asked about “his age” and the senior discount but … without thinking, I looked up an blurted out “You are TOO OLD for our senior discount” to which his wife cheered “HA! Someone has finally put you in your place!”
I couldn’t continue until the line finished clapping.
